Combine the heavy cream and chocolate pieces in a double boiler and melt. Add the Boyds® Hot Cocoa to this mix and combine with the Frescante. Place 16 oz. of mix into blender cup and add ice (about 6 cups) and blend to consistency of a frozen daiquiri. Garnish with whipped cream, a drizzle of Italia D'Oro® Crème de Menthe syrup, and sprinkle crushed peppermint candy over the top, according to individual taste.
