No matter what your volume is or where your business is located in the continental United States, we have service options to meet your needs.

In addition to our Direct Store Delivery service, we offer Roastery Direct Service (RDS). RDS orders are delivered through UPS on your schedule. With RDS, you’ll get great products, personalized service, loaned brewing equipment and product deliveries on demand.

Through RDS, you can order any Boyds product, including:

• Coffee and espresso
• Hot and iced teas
• Cappuccinos, cocoas and steamers
• Flavored syrups
• Creamers and sugar
• Cups, lids and other accessories

Trackable UPS ground delivery is free with a minimum $125 invoice. A Roastery Direct Service member assigned to your account can answer account-specific questions and will offer you new product and promotion suggestions to help grow your business.

Equipment

Our equipment is easy to use, space saving and highly energy efficient. We offer coffee, espresso and hot and cold beverage equipment for purchase, and we also have loan options for customers who meet minimum order requirements. In most areas, all Boyds equipment will be maintained and serviced by our expertly trained Service Technicians.
